A successful search represents thorough preparation, extensive sourcing, an in-depth interview and assessment, background review and the proper guidance to a positive outcome.  Every search we undertake is executed with these considerations in mind.  More specifically we commit to: 15-20 day delivery -- from contract signing to candidate presentation 3-5 candidate “slate” 90 day placement guarantee (see below) High-Impact Recruiting© Every firm seeks to staff its organization with high-quality candidates in a timely and cost-effective manner.  We have developed a methodology to significantly increase your chances of doing exactly that.  This is a modular program that includes:  corporate culture assessment and identification, competency development, classroom/role play training, live interviewing, and audio-visual feedback. Standing Behind Our Work Due to many factors beyond our control (e.g. corporate restructuring, downsizing, reorganization, etc.) we cannot guarantee the success of every candidate we place.  However, we will guarantee that should a candidate we place terminate their employment within 90 days of their starting date, we will refund all fees paid (less expenses), or offer a free replacement search for the terminating employee--at the option of our client. Not included in this guarantee are those terminations caused by  corporate restructuring or reorganization, or downsizing due to financial or operational difficulties.
