represents thorough preparation, extensive sourcing, in-depth interview
assessment, background review and the proper guidance to a positive outcome.

Every firm seeks to staff its
organization with high-quality candidates in a timely, cost-effective manner.
We have developed a methodology to significantly increase your chances of doing
this. This is a complete program which includes: the identification
of your organization's success criteria (competencies), culture, and correlating
candidate profile; classroom/role play training; live interviewing with
audio-visual feedback and group/individual exercises.
HUMAN RESOURCE
PLANNING
We will provide your firm with an
effective Human Resource Plan (i.e. one that is based on your company's culture
and strategic business plan) by analyzing your existing organization,
identifying key employees and backups for succession planning, implementing
quantitative forecasting tools to plan for your firm's staffing needs, and
providing the necessary model to effectively manage your firm's Human Resources
Planning process.
STANDING BEHIND
OUR WORK
Due to many factors beyond
our control (e.g. corporate reorganizations and restructuring, client's
financial difficulties, etc.) we cannot guarantee the success of every candidate
we place. We will, however, guarantee that should a candidate we place
terminate their employment with a client within 90 days of their starting
date, we will promptly refund all fees paid (less expenses), or provide a free
replacement for the terminating employee--at the option of our client.
Not covered in this
guarantee, are those terminations caused by corporate restructuring or
reorganization; or, downsizing due to financial or operational difficulties.

IN-DEPTH INTERVIEW ASSESSMENT
We believe a thorough
interview assessment will provide both our consultant and the candidate with a
better understanding of the individual's experience, objectives, success
criteria, etc. Beyond understanding your actual functional skills,
we will assess your short and long-term objectives, areas of strength,
developmental needs, etc. We want you to feel confident that we understand
your experience and objectives. At the completion of our initial
meeting we will feed back the results of our assessment for your review.

be the analysis and development of a career path strategy. We are

PROGRAM©
Approximately the fourth week in
your new position, we will provide you with our Quick Start© performance
enhancement system. This program will help you create measurable
performance targets to be achieved during your critical first year of new
employment. By working to achieve these goals, you will enhance your
ability to earn a significantly higher performance rating at review time, and
potentially, a higher merit increase!
