SMITH, SCOTT&ASSOCIATES was formed in 1989, by Gary J. Smith, with the idea that a consulting organization committed to maintaining a close relationship with a small group of firms could provide a comprehensive array of services designed to meet their specific needs. Our recruitment practice is focused on the areas of Human Resources Management, Information Technology and Management Consulting--from the practitioner to executive levels. Our search practice is on a retained basis only, however, for a new client we will consider completing any first assignment on a contingent basis so that the client has an adequate period in which to assess the quality of our work. However, regardless of the type of search, our commitment to quality and timely results is maintained through personally interviewing and assessing every candidate, thorough background review, and active guidance of the process to a positive outcome.
